Do you accept commissions/custom requests?

Yes!

For custom sculpture: I have a $200 minimum (meaning I only do larger pieces on commission and save the smaller ones for shop updates. Sign up for my newsletter to hear about updates!)

  • The process starts by opening up a dialogue via my “Contact” page, where you’ll let me know the style/wood type/size etc that you’re looking for.

  • For projects that don’t require a whole new design (ie: you want me to re-create something I’ve already made) I’ll add a “Custom” listing in my online shop for you to purchase. The project will not start until this is purchased.

  • For commissions that require a new design or commissions with multiple pieces I ask for a 50% deposit to start. Once its finished, the 50% remainder plus calculated shipping costs must be paid BEFORE shipping out. These invoices will be sent via PayPal to your email.

  • Once either the “Custom Listing” is purchased or the 50% deposit is payed it generally takes 3-6 weeks for the order to ship out. I will let you know at the start if the project will take longer than that.

For design/build interior projects: There are some projects my skill set isn’t suited for, and there are some projects that just aren’t my style. If this is the case, I might decline the project but could be able to point you in the direction of someone better suited. If you follow me on Instagram or take a peak at the projects on my Collections page you’ll have a good idea about what I like to make. My timeline can vary depending on the scope of the project, but I usually say 6-8 weeks once the design is finalized.

All of your pieces are sold out, when will more be available?

I do a shop update once a month (sometimes every other month). Pieces tend to go very fast, so keep up with my Instagram account, or sign up for my Newsletter to find out exact dates and times.

What’s your return policy?

I take precaution when packaging an order, but understand that damages can occur during shipment. If something arrives to you damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package and we can discuss whether it should be fixed, returned, or exchanged. Please email me a photo of the damaged product so that I can contact the carrier.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please call the carrier to resolve the matter.

Other than damage upon arrival, items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What’s your price range?

Price depends on so much. It depends on materials and wood type, the amount of design work needed, and projected time/labor to build. I can ballpark a price on a lot of things, but I will always need to know basic dimensions/scope and materials of a project before I even get close to trying.

Can you make something I saw on Pinterest?

Nope! I will never copy someone else’s design as I hope no one will copy mine. I do however love to see your inspiration photos when working on your custom project!

Can I go ahead and buy this now instead of waiting for the shop update?

No. This is the most asked question and the longest to explain. There are a lot of reasons I (and pretty much any other artist) don’t accept holds or buying ahead of time of a scheduled shop update. #1: I want to be democratic, meaning, I want everyone to have a chance to get it. #2: Chances are there were 5 other people that asked the same question. #3 its 1000 times easier for me to finish, upload photos, collect money, and ship things as a group (ie shop update) instead of on an individual bases. And #4 I make sure my shop updates are curated to have a good variety, that the pieces play off each other, and represent themselves as a whole body of work when the virtual shop opens.
